About Nthuse Foundation
Empowering Youth with Disabilities for a More Inclusive South Africa
Founded in 2013, the Nthuse Foundation is a registered Non-Profit Organisation (NPO Reg: 123-728 | PBO No: 930049866) committed to creating long-term, meaningful change in the lives of people with disabilities—particularly youth from disadvantaged communities.
Born out of Nthuse Diversity Management Solutions CC, our foundation builds on more than a decade of advocacy, skills development, and workplace inclusion efforts. Today, we operate nationwide, offering accredited education programs, workplace readiness initiatives, and community development projects designed to unlock opportunity and promote equality.
Our Vision
Disability is not a limitation—it’s a vital part of human diversity.
We envision a society where every individual, regardless of physical or sensory ability, is seen, valued, and given equal access to opportunities in education, employment, and community life.
Our Mission
To transform lives through inclusive education, economic empowerment, and sustainable community projects—empowering youth with disabilities to thrive, lead, and contribute meaningfully to society.
